A Control Tec, além de atuar representando a Hillback durante a fase construção, também fará o gerenciamento e monitoramento da execução do cronograma físico e financeiro garantindo assim o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos.
A reforma da Decathlon que é especialista em varejo de artigos esportivos, será composta pela construção de uma nova área de lojas, onde atualmente está instalado o estacionamento coberto, adição de uma rampa de acesso para novo estacionamento na cobertura totalizando 244 vagas, implantação de novos elevadores e instalação de escadas rolantes que darão acesso aos pavimentos, garantindo assim melhor experiência para seus clientes.
A nova área a ser construída será de 3.966,48 m², e ao final, o novo empreendimento contará com uma área total de 11.962,48 m².
