On 02/27/24, Betim Business Park was inaugurated.
The project was designed and built following sustainability premises to obtain the North American LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) BD+C – New Construction, version 4.1, with Sustainable Construction Certification, granted by the USGBC (United States Green Building Council), following international standards for conception, design, construction, installations, services, commissioning and maintenance, to obtain the Certified level.
We have completed the Management of Fulwood Logistics and Industrial Condominium’s first phase and would like to thank Team Control Tec and everyone who supported us during this period and the work carried out with dedication and commitment.
