Control Tec began, along with IPDA (God is Love Pentecostal Church), the construction management for Temple III´s renovation and expansion.
Located at Avenida do Estado, nº 5000 in São Paulo, the building of the former Cambuci (Neighborhood) general store MESBLA and a building listed by CONPRESP (Municipal Council for the Preservation of Historical, Cultural and Environmental Heritage of the City of São Paulo), that will undergo restoration of the entire edification.
IPDA aims to expand and transform this building into a college, which size and type are not yet confirmed.
Control Tec is also managing IPDA´s Administrative Building frameworks replacement, roof and fixtures maintainance.
The scope of this management includes:
• Consultancy and guidance on listing and architectural design for approval by CONPRESP;
• Consultancy and survey of pathologies on facades;
• Consultancy and survey of pathologies in existing structures;
• Waterproofing consultancy and design;
• Point cloud survey of the entire building to prepare the “as built” project
